"We had a great time at this lovely home close to all the beauty Pagosa Springs has to offer. The mornings were peaceful with daily deer and geese sightings and the nights were quiet with a gorgeous night sky full of stars. The showers were hot, there was a full kitchen (which saved us money eating out), and we really couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our small group. Highly recommend this home for your PG visits!! "

"The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road."

"The house sits a little outside of town but in a nice neighborhood. The 3 level house was very nice and can hold several families and has a nice living area with a somewhat small kitchen but it was not a problem at all. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The only issue we had was regulating the temp at night in the house with 3 levels. The folks on the bottom floor were comfortable but the people on the top 2 floors were a little warm.
