"Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. "I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere...

"My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a beautiful add on with city views along with ocean views. The rooftop pool top bar and sitting area was very stylish. The hotel is so close to ocean water it might be a 5 minute walk from hotel door to the ocean water. Hotel is very clean and well kept. The room was great and stocked with everything you will need. I will be returning to this property before hurricane season starts. No need for a car with the grocery...
