"The property is in need of a major update! Leaking in our bathroom. Sticky tables at breakfast. Lumpy beds. Repairs not finished. For the price these things should be handled. On the other hand Breakfast staff was amazing and so was evening bartenders."

"The property is in a great location convenient walking distance to downtown. Free parking & breakfast were extra bonuses. The complimentary beverage at happy hour is a nice amenity before heading out for the evening. Many restaurant choices a safe 10-15 minute walk, 30-40 min drive to Paso Robles for Sensorio ( not to be missed) 15 min drive to the coast for beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend"

"The breakfast was perhaps the best that I have ever had, not just a fried egg. spectacular fried egg. The only comment I would make is that the mirror above the sink is set up for someone 5'3", not anyone around 6'. Otherwise the place has old world charm only a block from the downtown."
