Love the cookie at checking and Tea and Coffee Bar all day in reception. The rooms are cozy and cute. It’s like you’re living in a 90’s Hallmark Movie. Great location walkable into downtown. "

"The room was excellent very clean! We learned after noting our room was not made up that they only make up rooms after the 2nd night. Since we only had a two night stay our room was never cleaned. We did request towels. The mention of this may have been an over sight due to LARGE number of guests arriving the same night around the same time which filled up the hotel."
