"This is a wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious, staff is amazing, restaurant is excellent. It is walking distance from bus terminal There is a large supermarket (Soriana) and pharmacy across the street. Parking is ample and gated. We loved meeting Sierra the resident "guard dog" that has been adopted by the staff. We used this hotel as our base as we explored la Huasteca Potosina sites. Note there are several tourist watersport sites to visit and each one is 1hr to 2hr away in different directions. Plan to do one location each day, set out after breakfast, travel there, enjoy your day/activities, travel back to hotel. We enjoyed coming back to a clean room, taking a shower, exploring the city of Cuidad Valles at the end of the day. We saw people on group tours who looked miserable because they were cramming several things in one day - that's not a vacation. We took bus from SLP and rented a car in C. Valles."

"Front desk staff were friendly and professional. They were kind and patient enough to let me practice my Spanish, but were all able to converse in english. They answered my questions and had many wonderful recommendations for dining and sight seeing. Housekeepers were amazing, the room was spotless! They even found a lost ear bud! Thank you!"
