I feel that if parts of the hotel are going to be off limits, the hotel should give a discount for not having those places accessible to guests in general. "I wouldn't call it a resort. No room service, no phone in room, tv channel was so old it didn't have letters anymore. Front desk entry is the backdoor of the clubhouse the front door is locked. "The room was very comfortable. Even though we were right next to the elevator, there was no noise. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee bar included soy milk and stevia which I appreciated. The only problem we encountered was a clogged up bathroom sink. When we advised the person at the desk on our way out from dinner, he seemed unsure about what to do about it and then said he would let maintenance know.
