"Staff staff were friendly, but my check-in receptionist young man was very rude un cooperative gave me a bad taste of the place. I hope doesn't reflect on the rest of the staff who are very friendly and very helpful. And everything else about the place was OK. It's old shower needs fix is what it is."

"We stay here every year for the homecoming game. This stay we found it musty smelling in the hallways and room. Pillows were not comfortable.
The breakfast was average; didn’t refill areas 30 minutes prior to the end.
Friendly and helpful staff"

"The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The cream cheese was lumpy, old, and dried out. The bread was stale and tasted like it had been sitting there for days. The coffee tasted like dirty water.
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the hand soap dispenser was empty. The hair dryer kept coming off the wall, along with its holder, while I was using it.
The air conditioning system was extremely loud. The parking situation and parking management were absolutely awful. Nobody monitored...
