Would have picked elsewhere in hindsight

Very friendly staff. I thought there might be good views from the hotel but there aren’t really. Toilet was right next to the heater and bidet so my legs were touching both when sitting. Room has no AC and when I asked for a fan, they said they’d already given out all the ones they had. I would have at least expected them to keep one fan per room in the peak of summer. Had only luke warm water in the morning.

Mainly I liked the property very much. However it was very far from the downtown I saw no indication of that at booking. So expensive taxis back & forth

Located on the main road and far from the center, so you need transportation. Not gated, so we felt a bit unsafe. The room was ok but the Wi-Fi connection was weak and not stable, a lamp did not work, and there were problems with the toaster. Won’t come again.

Ficamos apenas uma noite para descansar da viagem entre Pucon e Bariloche. A pousada é muito charmosa, atendimento bom e ágil, quarto limpo, cama confortável, travesseiros e roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Café da manhã bem simples e com poucas opções, mas quebra o galho. Pelo preço que pagamos, ficaríamos novamente.

Muy buena opción de cabañas, con todos los servicios. Lo único que falta es que se ofrezca el desayuno, porque solo es para ciertas habitaciones. La limpieza no es diaria.

Es un hotel q puede cumplir con la relación precio . Pero el joven q nos dio la habitación nos complicó mucho la vida . Tardo más de 25 min en darnos la habitación y nosotros tuvimos q hacer personalmente el web check in ! No nos ayudó . Entonces le pregunto cómo le puede hacer un adulto mayor q no sabe Urízar la tecnología para poder realizar su propio check in ! Yo no vuelvo

Querem cobrar em DOLARES e nao pesos.

SE VOCÊ É ESTRANGEIRO e quer pagar no hotel PELO CARTÃO EM PESOS, procure outro local, pois o proprietário não deixa e quer cobrar em DOLARES, se quer pagar em peso tem que ser em DINHEIRO o que faz o valor da conta aumentar em 21%..... fomos em outros locais e nao tivemos esse tipo de problema.... outra coisa, o colchão do quarto ta mais do que na hora de trocar, as molas estao horriveis, tivemos que dormir nas camas de solteiros que tinham livre no mesmo quarto, pois o colchão era bem melhor.... tirando isso otimo aquicemento, boa banheira e cafe da manha suoer simples.
