It's an old fashioned yet beautiful hotel, a perfect combination for the San Martin de los Andes town. It's kind of a magical feel. Would love to return.

EXCELENTE HOTEL

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado en la calle principal y en pleno centro de San Martín de Los Andes. El personal de recepción muy atentos, el desayuno completo y bien atendido. Hay opciones de compras y restaurantes a corta distancia. El estacionamiento es gratuito, amplio y de fácil acceso. Muy recomendable

Agradable y acogedor hotel

Lo que se ofrece existe pero no con la calidad y alcance esperables..hay piscina, pero no batas ni sandalias, como he encontrado en el 100% de los hoteles de la categoria que dicen tener..el jacuzzi de mi habitacion, la de mas categoria, tenia unas medidas ridiculamente pequeñas, midiendo solo 1,70 m debia tener las rodillas flexionadas y del pecho para arriba fuera del agua..lo use una sola vez, era "contracturante". la señal de WIFI muy baja, y al tener interferencias los datos moviles, dentro de la habitacion no habia señal de calidad.

Excelente ubicación. Habitaciones impecables, amplias y luminosas. Desayuno buffet abundante, muy rico, con excepción del café que no es bueno. Mucha demora en servir la cena y la preparación queda al debe... es preferible comer afuera

En las habitaciones solo tienen enchufes de electricidad con las normas locales. No es posible usar por ejemplo un equipo con enchufe americano. En recepción no disponen de adaptadores que puedan prestar a sus clientes.

Se ha deteriorado con el tiempo

Hotelería normal calidad media. Relación precio/calidad desfavorable. Habitaciones pequeñas, camas que requieren reposición. Hotel no cuenta con alumbrado de emergencia para todo el hotel. Una interrupción del suministro eléctrico debió ser superada con conexiones transitorias. Cabe reconocer la excelente disposición para superar el inconveniente. Frutas y pastelería del desayuno debe mejorar.

The room I booked on the web site was not the room I was given, despite showing the my booking room picture the reception said I had the room I booked!! It was in my opinion a standard room not superior I had booked. No air con, hair dryer not working and insecure.

En el check in la tarjeta magnética falló 4 veces y tuve que ir yo las 4 a la recepción para que la arreglaran, hasta que pedí una solución en forma enérgica y resetearon la cerradura. El hotel tiene por su construcción, habitaciones a pasillos abiertos un olor a comida constante. Deberían cerrar el comedor y aislar la cocina. El mini bar estaba desprovisto solicité dos veces que lo proveyeran. Cuando cansado y sediento fui a buscar bebidas al exterior y me vieron llegar con ellas enviaron a proveerlo. Creo que la relación precio calidad de este hotel es pésima

No tiene ni aire ni ventilador de techo y hace mucho calor. Solo utilizan turbos. Luego de probar más de un día la cama me di cuenta que tanto el colchón como las almohadas están muy viejos y deberían cambiarlas.
