"Accoglienza dal gestore che si presenta malcurato e sporco. Alla reception si trova un divano totalmente graffiato da animali e l’ambiente è maleodorante. Camera sporca, in un ambiente rumoroso. Le stanze non sono affatto insonorizzate ed un telefono della reception che squillava continuamente sembrava essere in camera. Non c’è la possibilità di far colazione, non esiste una cucina, personale inesistente. Passata una notte su quattro e poi fuggito. Perdo i soldi ma non sono mai stato in un posto...

"The staff were the stand out highlight of this hotel. From reception through to the bar staff and breakfast staff and room staff - just a 5 star service. Exceptional!
