"Accoglienza dal gestore che si presenta malcurato e sporco. Alla reception si trova un divano totalmente graffiato da animali e l’ambiente è maleodorante. Camera sporca, in un ambiente rumoroso. Le stanze non sono affatto insonorizzate ed un telefono della reception che squillava continuamente sembrava essere in camera. Non c’è la possibilità di far colazione, non esiste una cucina, personale inesistente. Passata una notte su quattro e poi fuggito. Perdo i soldi ma non sono mai stato in un posto...

"Beautiful property in a peaceful setting outside Veneto. Our room was spacious, very well maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The grounds are beautiful, set within a charming historic farm setting, yet it’s only a short walk to the nearby village. A wonderful combination of character, tranquility, and convenience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"We were greeted by two lovely young women who made us feel extremely welcome. They were patient and thoughtful in the orientation, anticipating all our questions and needs. They were clear and responsive during our correspondence. Our room on the first floor was clean, and the ac cooled the temperature down quickly with the aid of a fan. Despite a big street festival taking place just outside, we heard no noise from either the live music or the crowds and slept well."

"Perfect Location, Location, Location. We could hear the concerts at the Colosseum from the window. Close to everything and safe walking distance to train station. Just under 1 mile. It was faster to walk then wait in the long line at the train depot for a taxi.
Newly remodeled, with only minor items showing wear.
Newly renovated building so elevator is new and only used by I am assuming less than 10 rooms. I know it sounds dumb to note but there are plenty of really nice hotels in Italy that...
