"Wonderful hotel. Beautiful and peaceful! A perfect boutique hotel. Small and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. Great breakfast too. Everything in walking distance! 5 minutes walk to the Basilica of St Francis. Highly recommend this small but superior hotel!"

"Location,location! The hotel is very close to all sights. Carmine and his wife run this hotel and take great care and pride in its upkeep. Breakfast is delicious with Carmine's wife making the daily bread. The hotel is modern and new within ancient travertine construction. We loved our stay here."

"J’ai bien aimé l’endroit . La chambre était propre et style italienne . J’ai bien apprécié la présence de Margueritta qui parle Français elle est très serviable. Pour aller à la gare et revenir il y a un arrêt de bus à 20mn à pied . Je n’ai eu aucune difficulté pour y accéder. Juste à côté de l’arrêt du bus on peut accéder par la Porta Nuova pour visiter tous les endroits religieux commençant par BAsilique Sainte Claire et Santa Maria Maggiore où Saint Carlos Acutis se repose et en finissant à...

"This property, with a beautiful view in all directions, was exactly what I was looking for. Check in was easy, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and charmingly spartan. It was very basic, and I found that perfectly appropriate considering we were so very close to the basilica of St. Francis. All I needed was a restful place to stay at night, so I could be out exploring all that Assisi has to offer during the day. This property provided that, along with a friendly, helpful staff. "It is run by a sister and brother who is super helpful. Our room is facing the little so it's a bit noisy depending who were screaming outside in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very good with freshly baked goods. Highly recommended."
