"Staff was wonderful, alexia at the concierge’s desk. She helped us to obtain a wheelchair and was extremely helpful. But so too worth the coffee shop, ladies and everyone else. Overall, excellent service! Hotel was top-notch and breakfasts were incredible! The view from the restaurant rooftop was spectacular!"

"this is really just one of the most unique and beautiful hotels I've ever been in, and the restaurant on the top floor has great food is a serene but interesting setting. Apparently the building was constructed approx. 500 years ago and it feels like you're staying in a castle. Beautiful and totally unique stone work to appreciate as well. "This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"The hotel offers free washer dryer. However, there are only two machines for washing and two for drying, and one washing machine was broken. Initially it was hard to find the right time to wash clothes. After returning for the 4th time, the machines we're finally available for use. The breakfast is lacking! Not a good variety or flavor."
