The room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, coffee complimentary. Hot water took awhile, but that (I think) was a feature of staying in this area. The hotel next door was recently updated, about 20% more expensive and had the same issue. I would book here again.

My 4 year old and I stayed in the standard loft room in June. We used their shuttle service to arrive to the hotel which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and attentive for our entire stay. The location was ideal as we like to stay close to the Jardin while also close to the San Antonio neighborhood where my family members all live.

I had an excellent stay at Te Amo! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to el Jardin Allende, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Although they do offer parking, we opted for a car service to shuttle us around. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, offering coffee/tea, pastries, and fresh fruit. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Te Amo Hotel Boutique for a relaxed, enjoyable experience.

It’s a family run little cute hotel, it’s locate in the safe area but also busy at night you might have chance hear something from outside. Hot water take time to run so it’s kind of waste water. Breakfast was simple but enough for filling. If you only stay for quick stop and explore city more it’s good option.

Excellent location in Centro. The included breakfast is nothing more than coffee with powder cream, pastries, and fruit. Convenient but not the type of breakfast I would expect. Sparsely furnished rooms. Comfortable bed linens but one towel per person. Staff super friendly. Although cute, I wouldn't stay here or recommend for the value/price, there are less pricey options.

There is rooftop terrace and not a single place to sit and enjoy the view and not a single plant. We could see all around us beautiful rooftop gardens. Breakfast not good. No windows in the bedroom so no ventilation. Had to run the water for at least a half an hour to get hot water. But great location and the people working there were great.

loved that the hotel was walking distance to san miguel de arkangel that is where everything is happening.. 1st time in san migiel de allende.. beautiful.. as for hotel it was nice . elevator would be nice CONTINENTAL IS HORRIBLE . THEY NEED TO CONE UP WITH SOMETHING BETTER THAN THAT. THEY SERVR SWEET BREAD THEY BEVER STOCKED BACK UP THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND NEVER DID.. ROOM WAS NICE SPACIOUS AND CLEAN . WOULD I RETURN TO THIS HOTEL MOST LIKELY NOOKO

Property does not have any services but rooms, located on a very busy road , loud noisy from outside and from other guests room late night. No A/C very basic rooms

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was very nicely designed. The front desk ladies were very friendly and polite. Some things I noticed that might not be appealing to some, is the room had no AC but they provide an electric fan. If you leave your door open you can get some fresh outside air. The door also has 2 top windows that can be opened. The toilet was broken from the lid area but it did not affect the use. The shower drain took a little to drain and a small puddle formed. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the proximity of the hotel to restaurants and the city center. I would definitely stay at Te Amo again.
