"Everything was excellent from concierge, reception, bar and restaurant, housekeeping staff did an excellent job too.It would be perfect stay if there was no smell of paint along the hallways and sometimes coming from the AC. "

"Although the place looks decent but could have improve in maintenance the staff was accommodating and friendly. The service was exceptional we actually left something valuable behind and they called us to inform we were surprised there are still honest and kind people. "

"This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two."

Very basic. Its a shelf and a bed. Staff is friendly enough, and though dated and right next to the slums it feels pretty safe. The building and decor are seem super old and alot of lights are left off- likely to save the hotel money. There's a simple shop in the lounge where you can buy chips, noodles, water, etc for 10-50 php each. You can also buy personal toiletries like soap here- which is nice since the hotel doesn't include any complimentary items.
If you want a hot shower, soap and shampoo, or something more than just a matress and shelf- it's not for you. Having said that it's perfect for those on a budget."
