"Property was nice and humble. There lots of power outages in Atacama and most of the time their generator worked except on our 3rd day it was freezing. Though this isn’t their fault at all just being warm pijamas and I hope the staff is aware that maybe they need to check the generator is loaded with fuel. Over all the kindness of people made this place exceptional. "
"Hotel Kimal is a fabulous place as a relaxing and convenient base for your San Pedro de Atacama adventures! The staff are friendly and helpful and the courtyard and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Someone put a lot of thought and care into building and maintaining this hotel. The breakfast that comes with your stay is a marvelous and varied buffet of fresh breads and fruit, yogurt and toppings, and made to order eggs. The restaurant is excellent! "
"We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff Velma was very professional, hospitable, and friendly. There’s a really good bakery nearby which has some of the most delicious cakes I’ve ever tasted! "
"Lodge Quelana is a beautiful place to stay. It's outside if town, so you have the opportunity to see the clear night skies from their observation deck. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast had a great variety. To get into town, you need to drive, but the peace and quiet is worth it. After all, the town is not why you would come to the area; it's the landscape and the stargazing."

Don't miss San Pedro de Atacama and the Atacama desert. It surpassed all my expectations. We were there for six Days and could have stayed longer. One of the most impressive places in the world to visit. Tons of variety in the desert.
