Excelente. Instalações muito confortáveis, bem limpas, com bom atendimento e muito boa estrutura e localização, vale a pena. Café da manhã muito bom, camas, chuveiro, quarto, piscina, áreas comuns, todas valem o valor cobrado. Só sugeriria uma garrafa com café ou chá a disposição dos hóspedes ao longo do dia para aquecer antes ou após os passeios no frio.

Estadia maravilhosa

A receptividade, atendimento, estadia e conforto foram o ponto forte na nossa estadia. Desde os quartos às áreas comuns são muito agradáveis. As únicas coisas que observamos é que o hotel não disponibiliza frigobar nos quartos e o chuveiro demora um pouco em conseguir estabilizar a temperatura do banho. Mas nada que comprometa a experiência e bem estar. Adoramos e sentimos que acertamos muito na escolha, muito também pela localização e facilidade de acesso ao local. Ponto positivo também é o café da manhã em horário alternativo para atender aos passeios que fizemos em horários muito cedo.

A pousada tem uma área de convivência linda e com alguns gatos que também se apropriam dessa área. Os quartos são bem pequenos, mas limpos e a cama é confortável. A localização é ótima.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. High quality hotel, although rooms are a little small, but I think this is typical of the town. Some maintenance issues which were quickly fixed. Would highly recommend.

Hotel muito (mas muito) bom mesmo. Staff muito simpático e café da manhã maravilhoso. E a localização então, nem se fala. Excelente. Quando retornar a SPA (e quero retornar) não tenho dúvida de que me hospedarei no Don Raul

localizado na rua principal, caracolles, mas muito silencioso. o hotel é todo feito de adobe, tem um pátio enorme e lindo, gostoso de esperar os passeios ou apenas descansar. O quarto é grande, ducha fabulosa, cama excepcional. o cafe da manhã é coisa de outro mundo! muitas variedades, fazem ovos na hora e pasmem: ate musica ao vivo com saxofone! essa foi minha 4x no atacama e esse foi o melhor hotel q fiquei. voltarei COM CERTEZA!
