Jogamos dinheiro no lixo. O local, apesar de superfaturado, é bonito, mas não vale a pena. Quando chegamos, parecia fácil caminhar até o centro da cidade; que é relativamente longe para ir e voltar mais de uma vez por dia. No entanto, à noite, quando tentávamos voltar para o local, havia um "rio" passando pelo caminho, que não estava lá mais cedo, quando fomos. Era impossível passar. Ligamos para o dono do hotel e ele nos disse pra atravessar o rio andando com nossos sapatos. Não moveu um dedo para nos ajudar. Entendo que a decisão foi nossa de ir, mas não sabíamos que esse obstáculo estaria nos esperando, do nada, na volta. O pior foi a falta de vontade do dono do hotel. A culpa foi nossa de ter alugado, pois vimos várias avaliações negativas aqui antes de alugar. Não recomendo a ninguém!

Razoável.

Local lindo, porém a estrutura do local é limitada. O wifi é a mesma coisa que nada, o sinal de celular horrível, muita mosca na cozinha chegando a ser nojento. Tinham duas llamas na propriedade o que era legal. O acesso é ok, mas não é perto para se deslocar a pé ao centro da cidade.

Hotel Incrível

Hotel muito legal a 15 minutos de caminhada do centro de San Pedro de Atacama super tranquilo e seguro. No hotel há 2 ilhamas que vc pode alimentá-las experiencia incrivel. Os quartos são enormes. O wi-fi existe somente na cozinha que é longe do quarto mas se tratando de deserto não fazia muita diferença do meu pacote de dados. Atendimento excelente o proprietário German é muito simpático RECOMENTO NOTA 10

Excelente hospedaje, tranquilidad garantizada.

Hermoso lugar inmerso en la naturaleza, tranquilo y atendido por personas muy amables. Desayuno rico, jabón artesanal exquisito, la cama excelente muy cómoda, rica ducha, animales que armonizan la calma del lugar. Muy recomendable.

Pésimo hotel, muy caro para lo que es

De los peores hoteles que me he quedado en relación calidad-precio, las habitaciones están súper mal hechas, no hay suficiente agua caliente, las chapas de las habitaciones están mal, muy malos acabados, sumamente caro por lo que recibes.

Pesadelo

O hotel parecia lindo pela internet, mas ao chegarmos lá foi decepcionante. O quarto estava imundo, encontramos 6 aranhas vivas lá dentro (inclusive na banheira), e teias por todo lado. De noite não tinha água quente para o banho. Não tinha internet no quarto, e o sinal num geral é péssimo (não podem culpar a localização pois vários estabelecimentos em san pedro têm ótima conexão. Internet é importante pois os passeios mudam horários com frequência e as empresas te avisam por whatsapp). O ofurô estava verde, com lodo, inapropriado para banho. O café da manhã é servido na mesa, e vc tem direito a pão, UMA fatia de queijo, UMA fatia de peito de Peru, UM copo de suco de laranja, alem de manteiga e café solúvel. Fora isso, na época de chuvas se forma um Rio na rua do hotel,o que dificulta bastante a chegada até o mesmo. Definitivamente a relação custo-benefício não é positiva. Tivemos a impressão de que o lodge já foi mais bem cuidado, mas que no momento encontra-se abandonado. Com o que eles cobram, dá pra encontrar muitas opções melhores em San Pedro.

Atendimento

O que fez diferença foi o atendimento da Nicole, pq não é um hotel , não tem recepção 24/7. Tudo feito por WhatsApp. É rústico, não vá com crianças . O silencio do lugar é ótimo . Faltou água 2 noites, de um total de 4 q fiquei(No deserto comendo poeira qdo vc chega do passeio só quer um banho).
