"My wife and I stayed at the resort for four nights in July to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was an excellent value.
We were able to access the hotel's app about a week before our arrival. I initially had some trouble logging in, but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend downloading the app and making restaurant reservations as soon as they become available, as the à la carte restaurants fill up quickly. The only restaurant we were unable to try was the Rodizio, as we didn't realize it was only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every other à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent, with great food and outstanding service. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach area was beautiful, although we were unable to swim due to a large number of jellyfish in the water during our stay. We spent most of our days at the party pool, which had a fun atmosphere and offered plenty of entertainment throughout the day. While the resort had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, they did not change our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt it offered excellent value for the price, and would definitely recommend it to others.."
