This is where the turmoil started, you did not get “your way” since you wanted to pay the reservation upon check out. Even though you knew your reservation was an “Expedia Hotel Collect reservation” You stayed for seven nights at the hotel, and you could not show me any evidence that your reservation was paid. I stand firm up to now, that no payment was made prior to arrival.Indeed Enrique deserves your five stars since he was the carrier of all items you requested by WhatsApp texts. The “Do not disturb” sign was never removed from your door and I still have the texts on WhatsApp to show that every day you were requesting daily housekeeping items. For seven days, no formal housekeeping was done in the unit you rented. I give you the benefit of the doubt that service might have failed but I speak with facts by my WhatsApp texts I have on file attached to your reservation. Indeed, you had one breakfast and when I spoke with you after breakfast; you complimented the cook. As well on March 30, 2024 arrival day; your companion requested at the bar one Alfredo chicken pasta and one chicken Ceaser salad. You bill number is 02882 dated March 30, 2024. This was charged to your room and until now I am trying to collect this bill. I contacted you by WhatsApp texts to submit payment and you refuse to pay.I understand you did not want to follow my office policies by submitting your reservation payment on arrival and this policy made you unhappy but we all need to live within the realm of rules/regulations and follow them.
