"The front desk on arriving was not super friendly, probably because we had two service dogs with us. They tried to charge us for the service dogs, though that is both against Hotels.com policy and Italian law. The room was OK, large, with a nice balcony. The shower, though, had mold on the showerhead nozzles. Breakfast was OK, but limited selection, and again originally an issue with the service dogs being allowed with us into the restaurant. "Fantastic resort. Dani, the manager, was incredible. We arrived late afternoon after a long drive and Dani was so kind and generous. We had a delicious dinner and the room was lovely. Breakfast was great too with another staff member. Highly recommend!"

"Tomasso made us feel so welcome and made us feel like family. He drove us to dinner down by the beach, picked us up from the rental car return and ensured we were at the airport in plenty of time for our early morning flight. Excellent hospitality!"

"A very pleasant hotel for a short(ish) stay in the Cosenza area. Easy to find and plenty of free parking spaces. The room was of an ok standard, the tap was a bit loose and the hot water temperature fluctuated somewhat during showers. The room was turned over every day and we were given fresh towels. The included breakfast was good but could have done with a bit more variety, I would definitely stay there again in the future."

"The hotel was beautiful clean room, view to the beach was beautiful, Breakfast was good, the lovely lady name Sylvia went above and beyond, very nice! Dinner was a different experience, the staff was unapproachable, didn’t explain the menu, didn’t come back and check on us, we were charged for, bread, oil and balsamic vinegar, the tablecloth and cutlery! Food was under cooked, when we were done, they removed everything off our table before we left! Very disappointed!"
