"They tell you that you are allowed three waters a day. And then they show you the water that’s in the lobby. That’s not the water that you’re allowed to drink for free. So then when you go to check out, they charge you for all the waters you take."

When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving."
