"Spacious and clean resort and rooms. Gardens are beautiful Food is good and plentiful, perhaps less selection than RIU resorts. Staff is friendly with very limited understanding of english. TVs in room do not have any apps available such as Netflix, Amazon etc. Spacious pools and beach with plenty of loungers. Unfortunately , seaweed was persistent. I would return if competitively priced. "

"The room was beyond my expectations! Very spacious, clean, the view to the pool and ocean it was worth capturing a picture every morning and night. The food selection was not so good. My best meal was at the excursion. It was authentic Dominican food! Entertainment was not the greatest. There was really nothing to do. Overall I rate 3-4. Would I return? Probably not. But I will say get your own experience. "

"Overall, the staff and service was not good. At all of the restaurants other than one bartender and one waiter, they hardly come to check on you and you have to chase them down to get any refills etc. They seem more concerned with getting their tips and you signing the bill at the end than anything else. Additionally, the rooms have zero privacy. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters, and there is no door on the bathroom, only a glass door that is not private and had a huge gap between...

"Great all-inclusive with fantastic staff. We were especially impressed with the unexpected personal butler/concierce service. Cesar was absolutely amazing. The only downside at this resort was the beach which was rocky ... however, the sunrise view from the beach was stunning and the pools at the resort made up for it."
