"We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. "Such an amazing experience, even before we arrived. Fantastic arrival instructions (as we arrived late in evening), and Andy checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Similar care and attention at breakfast the next morning, and kept us right all the way up until we left Pisa on the train later that day.

"I really enjoy the stay as the room is comfortable and very clean. The air con condition is good. The staff is so nice and we are lucky that to meet the owner, he is a very friendly guy, he even made the coffee for us during the breakfast. Nice chat with him. The breakfast got lots of choice which is out of my expectation and you can really enjoy the food on the beautiful terrace under the lovely sunshine. "Beautiful property with excellent check in instructions. I did have to reach out to get the instructions and would be good if these could be sent out automatically. Room was beautiful and had character. Screened windows allowed us to reduce use of the ac. A few ledges in the bathroom were a little dusty or it would have been a full 5 stars"

"Beautiful old home converted into a Boutique Hotel. Lovely grounds. We stayed in a room in the back of the property, maybe an old converted garage or shed. It had a lovely patio with comfy furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Del Duomo where the Leaning Tower is located. Excellent service. "
