Superb and beautiful grounds and gardens. Hotel is over 50 years old and our room and the hallway show it. Nice view from the room though.

The first night we stayed in a city view room and it was great. We decided to come back another night and had a garden room which had a door to an adjoining room. We could hear everything in the other room- the person’s alarm, their running shower and when they used the bathroom. Would recommend hotel as long as you DON’T get a room with a door to an adjoining room.

The pictures of the property where beautiful but what we found was a property severely lacking maintenance. There was an issue with the water supply in the city (according to the staff) which we can’t blame them for but we received continued lies about when they would be able to provide provisory water and absolutely no predisposion from staff when checking out regarding that issue

Hotel não atendeu as expectatvias: 1) Café da manhã esperava mais variedades de itens, 2) O aplicativo do celular utilizado para acesso aos quartos é pouco prático (tive que voltar a recepção 2 vezes para revalidar), 3) Não havia papel higiênico reserva no quarto e 4) os pratos servidos no restaurante deixou a desejar (pedimos queijo e salame para acompanhar o vinho e vieram fatias de mussarela e presunto (tipo café da manhã) e a carne a milanesa estava com o empanado não crocante e com bastante óleo de fritura que tive que retirar para consumir a carne.
