Hotel conveniente

Lo reservamos ya tarde en la noche. Estabamos en La Gran Via como a las 9pm y fue el mas cercano que encontramos dispon8ble. Las instalaciones son bonitas, sus empleados excelentes, el desayuno riquisimo con un personal muy atento.Mi unica queja es la habitacion, el baño en muy mal condicion, necesita mantenimiento.

Comodo, limpio, gente amable, buena comida no mucha variedad pero buena, hetel un poco deteriorado, excelente aire acondicionado, cama relativamente comoda, bonito baño, amplio y cómodo y sobre todo limpio.

No funciona el teléfono, el restaurante era un espacio abierto con el lobby por lo que siempre olía a comida. Ubicación no buena. Las habitaciones muuuuy antiguas y sin comodidades. No volveré. El personal, lo mejor.

The beds are very uncomfortable also we got bitten by bugs we told the reception which said they would spray the room but didn't. The workers are friendly. I was there in 2013 which was way better. They don't provide extra blankets also if you need extra towels they charge $2.50. When I reserved this Hotels I was told breakfast was included for 4 people once we arrived we were only given breakfast vouchers for 2.

Awesome business trip

The hotel staff was great the food even better. The room smelled bad like a smokers room I personally do not smoke and the room smell was bad. However overall the hotel was great and the staff was quite pleasent and made my trip as comfortable as possible. Thank you kindly
