Very nice place to stay, security was such a nice person and help. Beach was a 2 minute walk from our stay, pools and food right outside our stay. Highly recommend!!

Booked with my family including 2 kids. The booking pictures looked nice and family friendly . Upon arrival the room had a horrible smell. Couches were stained and smelt horrible. Bugs in the room, broken window, mold in the bathroom and broken mirror. I ended up leaving because it was not suitable for my kids. The pool was dirty could not even get in. I do not recommend this place at all. We couldn’t even get a refund back.

The place look absolutely different from pictures, the mattress has only like one sponge and you can feel all the metals under, not pillows, absolutely terrible. I will never book again in this place.

My room was horrible. Not what expected. To get to the oceanfront you have to the local people and depend more more money. For the price I paid for me coming from Canada to have a good time . I should just stay in a very cheap hotel on the way . Just pathetic.

The rooms they offered us had mold around the walls, the A/C unit did not work properly. The pictures did not match the condition the rooms are currently in.

overpriced

the room is very poorly furnished, nothing to put your clothes, no coat rack, the bathroom is really basic, may be some rooms are better, and most hotels are overpriced in Salvador, compare with the countries around, so it's not good value, you pay too much for what it is.

They did not have our room ready and did not let us know they had reserved a room in a different hotel until 2 hours after check in.On top of that the hotel called yalin hotel they sent us to did not have all the amenities we expected.There was no air ,no water , and no power at one point .

Lastimosamente, el lugar esta descuidado. Las piscinas no estan limpias y los cuartos tampoco. Llegamos y no nos dieron la habitacion que yo escoji en linea. En la habitacion todavia habia ropa de otras personas. Nos cambiaron la habitacion pero la segunda tenia insectos y la ropa de cama estaba con huecos. No teniamos toallas y tocó volver a soicitarlos para pedirlas. Nos fuimos la misma noche. No nos quedamos en el lugar. Creo que déberian trabajar esos aspectos porque pueden perder clientela.

La señora q administra es una persona descortes pedante . Alguien q no te puede solucionar nada , Los meseros estan con las manos amarradas no pueden llevarle la contraria a esa mujer no e ido a pedir nada mas q lo justo por el precio q e pagado para estar ahi . La senora con gran amargura cada vez q preguntamos por algo , quizas andaba enojada los dias q estuvimos ahi .
