"Not a 5 star hotel...more like 3.5. Noisy rooms...can hear people cleaning hall and rooms next door. Also I found hair in clean towels twice evan after changing towels. However, the staff was excellent...the price did not match the quality of the hotel"

"This time is my second time to stay at Arrizul Congrass. Like my first stay, this time was also great. Convenient location, clean room and spacious bathroom! I particularly liked the terrace from the room. Only one thing if I had to mention is- there are no kettles, teas and mugs at room. But you can request kettle at the reception. There is a free complimentary beverage bar, which opens 12-8, I got tea bags and coffee from. I would definitely stay at here again. Thank you!"
