"This is a real gem of a hotel! Location is perfect for Pompeii and easy walk to either of the train stations for Rome Salerno or Naples. All of the staff were so helpful. "We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. "Lovely property! However, there were just 2 (albeit important) items that were inconvenient. The first is the lack of on-site parking and/or valet. We had a car rental and had to park the car in a lot which the hotel claims is 5 min walk away. It’s more like 10-15 min and not an easy walk. Not something I prefer to do when checking into a hotel. "The hotel told us our Ferry was canceled so we had to take a bus to Sorrento and A train to Naples. We found out later the ferry wasn't canceled so we went through all that and lost our Ferry fee Also eating on the deck with the beautiful view was not so great as you had birds going on trying to get your food. You couldn't leave the table."
