"The area where the room was under construction and didn’t have furniture not even a table or a chair I don’t like to put my things on the floor had ask for a table the staff was friendly but I wouldn’t go back there "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Tres Piedras, the location was very convenient. It wasn't far from the city (about 20-30mins drive). You don’t have to worry about parking, as they have a safe and secure lot with plenty of space for you to park your vehicle with ease. The views were stunning!! Pictures do not make this place any justice. Also, the elevation made our stay a whole lot more fresh during the day. However, since you’re up higher it gets colder and much more windy at night, so maybe pack a hoodie if you’re planning to hang out on the property at night. The staff was super attentive to our needs and they communicated on the daily to see if we needed anything. I had booked two rooms, and they both were taken care of on the daily. The staff was super friendly and easy to reach. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious. The restaurant had a wide variety of options to choose from, and it also has a nice view to the lake. I will definitively stay here again. "

"Shuttle service was nonexistent for our flight (we arrived at 8 pm local time). Other than that our stay was pleasant. Food was great especially the breakfast buffet. Has all the amenities of standard hotel (not luxurious but still nice). Mini fridge and microwave in rooms. Clean, and friendly staff. "
