"Car parking excellent, the concierge Billy was excellent, enthusiastic and helpful and our room was ready early so great start. It was raining heavily so we popped back to the hotel at 3.30pm to dry off and grab a glass of wine - sorry the bar was shut - so I walked to a supermarket in the rain. Later after eating elsewhere we decided to go back to the hotel for a night cap - the bar was shut - it was 9.15pm. The extra star gained by Billy was more than cancelled by the 'can't do' attitude at reception re the bar. We also had to wait at breakfast. It is well located, comfortable and smart but the strange bar hours would stop me booking again."

"Staff is fantastic! Breakfast was very good, a buffet with a lot of carbs. Rooms are OK. If you have a car it's great. Hard to keep going to center city and back. However, the staff really tries to help. "
