"Love this property -we got at least once a year and they continuously invest in the water parks and pools which I appreciate. Amazing staff and entertainment. Too bad they don’t have a dedicated show area with chairs … only flaw."

"Without a doubt, this is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed tired, uninterested, and made us feel anything but welcome. We stayed in a house divided into two apartments, but the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear almost every word ..."
