"The property was nothing like the description. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work at all and the one in other bedroom didn’t work well. When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke"

"Very lovely city and a wonderful place to stay. We traveled with a baby and had several requests, and the owner truly went out of his way to help and accommodate us. I couldn’t recommend this place more — you should definitely book it. Città splendida e alloggio davvero piacevole. "Hotel, breakfast and people workin there was really good, so I strongly recommend it The only one thing to mention as an issue is the way and information to arrive to the property. The hotel has 2 entrances, one from the bottom at the street level with no car access, so you must park there if you find room. The other entrance is from the address the hotel shows and it is very difficult for find and also without parking spaces within a really tiny street, which is able for small cars only I guess the hotel should explain everything regarding access, parking and arriving address"

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Arte Mare! The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, super well-maintained, and comfortable. However, the true highlight is the incredible, friendly staff who made us feel at home immediately. Giorgio gave us such a warm welcome and was consistently helpful. Omaema pointed us to the best local restaurants, while Filippo shared wonderful tips on hidden gem beaches to explore. Breakfast each morning was unforgettable thanks to Maria, who bakes the most amazing fresh cakes! And a huge thank you to Salvatore, who keeps the entire property spotless and running smoothly. An absolute 10/10 experience—we would definitely stay here again!"
