"The staff and location are excellent. It’s literally across the street from the train and main Mainz bus stations.
The hotel doesn’t offer any special amenities like say a Hilton would, but to be honest most of us basically want a clean, safe and comfortable place to lie our heads down at night.
Some rooms have carpeting and others wooden floors. There was an issue with my first room hours after I arrived. The staff wasted NO TIME in moving me to another room. They knew I was traveling alone...
