"We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance.
The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom.
The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part.

"Spark is brand new hotel in Essex Junction. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with all of the amenities. The hotel is quiet and we had a great rest. It is located near the Williston shopping centers as well as the Champlain fair grounds, dining and Burlington. The staff is great and they provide a free continental breakfast."
"The breakfast was outstanding! The staff made various fresh items like muffins, strata, puff pastries, and also included the standard breakfast items you normally see.

The owner is very nice and welcoming (gave me a map and restaurant recommendations) and I felt safe walking to and from downtown Burlington from this location. Parking out front was easy.
