"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...

"Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. "

"The staff were all very friendly with all our families. We were at the hotel during spring break for a stay invacation with cousins. Grandparents and 4 families. Very comfortable sleeping , grest pool area with games that our kids enjoyed. "

"I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...

"Everything about what you pay for, However they completely ignore your Do not Disturb sign on your door. I was woken up to banging at 7am for them to grab my trash, and once at 11 for them to do a full cleaning on the room. Both times I had my sign up. The lady at the counter mentioned no manditory cleanings either. Just an inconvenience, really."

"No hottub, but it also doesnt advertise one so i should have known. That was all the negativity i had tho. The hotel was very clean and family friendly, great customer service from the staff (specifically the night shift girl, she was amazing) and the breakfast was actually good "

"I was in town for a concert and chose this property across the river from the downtown core - a short walk away - as the parking was free. A free shuttle to the venue (and pick up afterwards) was a bonus as the weather was dubious. I prepaid for the breakfast buffet which was standard fare but hot and convenient. Our server was lovely. The room was clean and the decor updated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation! "
