"From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience. For myself wifi is very important. If there was a pay service it wasn’t explained or offered to me.

"My flight into Tampa was delayed several hours. I called and spoke to the person at the desk. She was cordial and said that she would set everything up for me so whenever I arrived my room would be ready. I got there well after midnight and just like I was promised everything was set and the night clerk simply checked my ID and gave me the room key. Great service!!"

"Front desk guy seemed pretty in different about helping us prepare to leave for a cruise. Housekeeping closed breakfast early, shuttle service we paid round trip for was extremely rude when trying to use the return ticket. Would not recommend staying, we don’t plan on staying again."
