"First room had blood all over the mattress. It was absolutely natrocious. The pool room was about 50°. And the pool itself was maybe 45. It was completely unswimmable. The hot tub was empty and somebody did a hit and run on my car in the parking lot"

"clean room and friendly staff but stayed two nights in different rooms both times the a/c doesnt go below 70 and you wake up with blistering headache most likely due to vents needing to be changed in them"

"Front desk was friendly, I love the mobile key. Room was clean yet dated. Only complaint was breakfast. What a letdown. Huge area for waffles with signs but the lady said “I got tired of hearing people complain about them sticking because the Teflon had worn off so I got rid of them”. We stayed the next 4 nights right next door at the Fairfield. It was $3 more a night with a giant breakfast selection. I was so glad we switched. I also did not like the amount of people who were hanging out in the parking lot here. They opened their hatch and just hung out there. This was all afternoon and early evening. Lots of staff outside smoking right by where you walk in. "

"Staff was terribly rude the whole time, no breakfast, no towels for the pool, dirty towels in the room. Only GOOD thing about the stay was the hot tub."

"Such a helpful and pleasant staff. My husband has limited mobility and River was always looking out for us, making sure we had all we needed. I had to be away from my husband during the day for a conference. River and Shay made sure to keep an eye on him and let him know all he had to do was call the front desk and they would come to him to help in any way, should he need it. This helped me to do my work and not worry the whole day. These young people take pride in their work and I hope you all take pride in them!"
