"Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. "Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel and staff couldn’t do any more for you, so kind and great English which made our lives much easier. Easy to get into Braga and beyond. Breakfast was a bonus and nice to set you up for the day. Very clean and modern and the added bonus was the restaurant - exceptional!"
