"Room was always cleaned nicely but the pool areas could use a spot cleaning during the day. People leave cups towels etc lying around it would be nice if occasionally someone walked around to check the cleanliness including the pool bathrooms. "

"We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. "

It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. "

I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. "We are not big on all-inclusive hotels but this was a great place to stay in Barbados, especially considering dining is very expensive on the island. Very nice beach and good beach service for both chairs and drinks. We had a comfortable beachfront room with a great view as we were upgraded by Expedia VIP. Good beach bar and fantastic sunsets. "
