"Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays."

"Room was lovely, comfortable beds and staff were amazing. Muhammed was extremely helpful, as were all the people manning the desk. Breakfast was great."
"Lovely staff at check-in, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was everything it needed to be and room was well-stocked with little conveniences. A very pleasant stay and good location. "
