"Nice place to stay overall. The sheets and pillows are comfy, but the bed squeeks like a balloon or pulling cotton - the mattress has some kind of plastic cover on it between it and the sheets that is just very weird. Moreover, it feels thin and like an older spring mattress to boot. Sad to say I wouldn't stay again, even though food at the Sawmill is great and the area feels safe and walkable. The bed was so just uncomfortable... I didn't expect it from a 4 star hotel"

"The bed was incredibly lumpy and caved in. Made it impossible to have a good nights rest. Also the staff threw on a parking lot charge. Wasn’t prepared for that. "

"The stay was fine overall and I didn’t have any major issues, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bathtub was stained, and when I turned the water on it came out brown at first, so I had to let it run. The furniture is outdated, which wasn’t a big deal, but our fridge wasn’t cooling and there’s no microwave in the rooms. If you’re trying to save money, it’s an okay option, but the cleanliness could really be better."

"I don't know who is giving 10 out of 10 on these reviews. The room was not clean. There was food visible on the chair, there was trash underneath the chair. There was considerable dust on the tangled phone cable. Blood stains on the sheets. The fridge was pulled out of the cabinet and sitting in the middle of the floor. The microwave displayed an error code, but managed to work one minute at a time. One of compact fluorescent bulb lamps flickered in vain, but failed to work. There were no hangers in the closet. The curtains and blackout blinds did no function properly, with the cord broken and laying on the floor. One of the window locks was broken..The door needed to be pushed very hard to open and close. There was a single packet of single serve coffee in the room, decaf. Comped breakfast was joke. But on a positive note, the tiny tv and noisy a/c worked well."
