"Awesome place to stay, but our room must have been near the highway/on ramp. Pretty noisy all night"

"The problem wasn’t with the property itself. It was with Expedia and their incorrect information on whether or not there was an airport shuttle. There isn’t a shuttle and that was very inconvenient. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle. Expedia needs to get their act together on the information regarding the hotels information. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and changed rooms for me when the motorcycle noise was to annoying. They were very understanding."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. I love the location, their breakfast, teas and espresso coffee machine they offer. Rooms have been super clean as well as the hallways. Roof top bar was great as well but needs more staffing as there was a 20 min wait for drinks. But understandable as they did not have enough people. Overall great stay."

"Very pleasant stay at Home2 Suites. The rooms were spacious with plenty of counter space and storage. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. "I booked the property on Expedia and the confirmation stated check in was available from 11am-4pm. I arrived at 12:20pm to check in and was informed the hotel charges an additional $50 for checking in before 4pm. The Expedia confirmation didn’t indicate an additional fee. Also, when checking in I informed the hotel concierge that I requested a late check out on the day of departure. On the day of departure, I went downstairs to confirm the late departure request and the concierge was not aware...

"Spark hotel was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and very pet friendly with a grass section that generally is not available in other hotels. We will return when we travel again."
