"The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated."

"The check-in process took way too long for a room that I had already pre-paid for online. The receptionist could stand to be a little warmer. The room smelled kind of musty, almost like it had been smoked in even though the hotel is a non-smoking property. The breakfast was pretty standard but they did quickly restock as items ran out."

"Location was paramount in our decision to rent at La Quinta. The rooms could have been a lot cleaner than what they were, towels were so hard, and dingy looking. Only 1 trash can in the room where as you need at least 2-3. My husband killed a bug in the bathroom!!! Didn’t tell me until we had checked out. We are undecided if we rent here again."

"My kids had a blast swimming in the indoor pool. The room was cozy and comfortable. The location was next to a great barbeque place called the Da peoples BBQ. We are sure to rent a room at this establishment again."

"We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization"
