"We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again."

"We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there."

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."

"The hotel didn’t look like the pictures on Expedia. The place is an old renovated motel. It’s over priced and it was a complete false advertisement. The breakfast was gross. The grounds needs updating as well as the entire place. It was in a great location. We made the best of our stay but would never go back or recommend it. "
