"When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine."

"Was clean, good access, the only issue was there were NO USB plugins and the power plugs were mot especially plentiful. The light on the table on my side of the bed only had one ac plug so I could only plug in my Cpap but not my phone. Yes I could use a power plug by the TV but I couldn't have my phone next to me. Very surprised that a Best Western was not up to the current needs of the customers"

"Took the blanket off the made bed in our ‘clean’ room and it had two dirty socks and some small pieces of garbage on top of the sheet. On top of that even though the hotel is newer, it’s already getting rundown, nothing is maintained, toilet seats are broken and yellow, and black mold-looking stains on the ceilings above the shower. Also, the last three times I stayed there, there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 10 minutes before someone even helped to check me in. I stay at...

"Wonderful location and staff with thoughtful attention to cleanliness, breakfast, and assistance with a couple of Minor room issues like a battery on a remote control. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"My only issue was with the noise level between rooms. Very noisy neighbor had music/TV on very loud all 5 nights we were there! Seems like insulation between room walls would have been a priority, but that doesn’t seem to be the case."

"They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away. "Property is pretty however will never stay here again, the wifi wasn’t working and very crucial for me as I work from home the shower did not have a wall to cover the entire shower therefore the ENTIRE bathroom would get wet I used almost all the towels just to soak up the water it was terrible. The room was so hot and thermostat couldn’t go below 72 it just overall was not a good stay for how expensive it was I would NOT recommend there are more affordable and functional properties out there...
