"I found this hotel a very pleasant surprise, when arrived I was greeted by a lovely women who was helpful and very pleasant, good start! The rooms were clean, functional and beds were comfortable. Will come back again, good value for the price"

"It was terrible place, the smoke alarm beeped non stop and they would not resolve the issue after asking them several times. Asked for a refund they would not refund me. I left and when to a better hotel down the street. Still haven’t got a refund because they won’t answer Expedia about it he issue"

"I did not enjoy the breakfast. The parking lot needs to be repaved. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work realize that while I’m in the shower. When the female front desk staff came to check it, I caught her sticking her finger in the dispenser trying to get the tube out… then she was going to try and put it back in the shower… No ma’am I need a new bottle…"

"The moment we got to the desk to check in we should have taken the loss and went elsewhere. The desk staff was rude! When we walked up he acted like we were an inconvenience and disturbing his phone call on his cell. He was annoyed while checking us in and wouldn’t answer questions without an attitude. The staff refused to give their names let alone wear a badge so you know that they are a legit hotel worker. The room was dirty, they only provided 1 towel for 3 people and when we asked for more...

"We were unable to get the TV to work and could not find any instructions on how to resolve. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room. The room temperature was set on 61 blowing at the highest setting which was too cold considering it was only in the upper 50’s outside. The breakfast was also subpar."

"You have to pay to use the utensils, you have to take your own trash out, elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022, staff isn’t available after 10. "

"The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

"The room was clean but missing the box springs on the bed. They do not have front desk staff all night. They have a kiosk. The person we talked to thru the screen could not have cared less. His response was he would let management know."

"Staff not friendly. Walked into dark room and had Sponge Bob playing on TV. Thought someone was in my room or possibly in someone else’s room. Also had a spot of blood on my comforter, figured I would just not use it verses dealing with the front desk staff."
