"The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! We also welcomed the fact there was onsite laundry facilities due to my special needs daughters mishaps. I just love when a drury is near our destination."

"Hotel was nice, clean. Areas of room needed replacing, such as the bathroom fan didn’t work and a vent was old and crusty but overall the room and facilities were very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was decent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall very nice stay. Would definitely stay again"

"The beds are hard. The sheets had stains. Our towels did not look clean with brown stains. The shower had no hot water after the second shower. The first and second showers had at least 25 minutes between them. The hot breakfast was quickly out of food and it took a lot of time to get it replenished. "

"Heartland was rated a 9 out of ten, we gave it a 5. The room was backed up to the elevator , which we heard all night. Bathroom shower was small. Room had a smell to it. The toilet would make a noise every hour. Hotel needs some updates."

"The breakfast was good but go early because not all items are refilled. The floor of the tub/shower in our room need to be resurfaced as parts of the surface appeared to be peeling. The bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower were empty. The TV in our room kept buffering and the sound would randomly fade in and out. The area off the elevator needed to be vacuumed and the trash by the ice maker was overflowing. Neither were cleaned during our two days at the property. We were told that Housekeeping is on a 3-day rotation. Overall the property was just "tired"."
