"We loved our stay at the resort! The place was clean, the food was delicious, and we had a fantastic time. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with champagne and a warm towel. It was my mom’s birthday, and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, desserts, and complimentary champagne, all of which we had requested in advance. The hotel is in a great location, with everything you need nearby. "

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff and service are amazing and the food is excellent. My only complaint is that birds were chirping right outside our room every single night. They would start about 3 o’clock in the morning. It was so loud and made sleeping peaceful impossible. "

"Loved the location of the resort and watching the airplanes land and take off. The rooms were outdated but had everything we needed. Loved the pool area and access to the beach! The umbrellas and chairs on the beach got taken pretty early but I liked that the hotel had a sand/beach area where you wouldn’t be bothered by vendors. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa Orient Bay! It was myself, my husband, and our 2-year-old son. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, and the pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing, especially with a toddler. Unfortunately, during our visit, Orient Bay was quite windy and wavy, with a fair amount of sargassum, so we really appreciated having access to such a great pool. "The property was beautiful and location was fantastic. The views are just incredible especially from the oceans buildings. The room accomodations at the Oceans bldg were recently renovated and look great!! have to commend management/ ownership for this. We opted for the all- inclusive package. The food menu for dinner at pureocean restaurant needs to be better. Breakfast options were great. Surfside restaurant was a better option for dinner. "This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancelation. It was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed here longer. It was clean and well maintained. Security was there all the time. The pool was nice. The full kitchen would have been nice, had we spent more time there. It was on a party street, so we could hear music late in to the night."
