"Wir bedanken uns für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Hotel Sani Verde ❤️ !!! Die Hotelanlage befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Natur inmitten von Pinienbäumen. Die Deluxe Appartements sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Dort kann man auch Speisen und Getränke bestellen. Wir haben auch mehrmals dort bestellt und es war immer super. Das Frühstück ist gut aber sehr überschaubar. Zum Strand...
"Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war mangelhaft schon bei der Ankunft waren noch Haare auf dem Boden und die Bettwäsche hatte einen Blutfleck.
Die Bettwäsche wurde gar nicht gewechselt, und erst am 4 Tag auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption kam jemand vorbei, aber hat uns die Bettlaken in die Hand gedrückt zum selber wechseln.
Das Badezimmer war eine völlige Katastrophe! Überall war Schimmel, der Badezimmerspiegel war so alt das man sich gerade so darin noch sehen konnte.

Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional.
