"The rooms are basic but really good. Just need stronger fans as it was very humid. But the people and the place is amazing. Our tour was excellent, the local crew who took us for the crew were the best. The food served in an island was one of the best we ate. Also the food served at the resort was by far the best we ate. "We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay. Setting was stunning, with the beautiful beach and sea. 2 lovely pools, free rental for kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were exceptional, especially Acea who worked in the restaurants. Food in the restaurants at night was very nice but breakfast wasnt to my taste. Trees full of fruit bats were a special treat."

"Can’t express enough superlatives about my experience at the Busuanga Lodge. Starting with the staff. They were all highly attentive to any of our needs. They also helped with tours and other suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and clean; laundry service, room service all wonderful. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. "Very pretty area. Definitely a great place if you just want to stay and not adventure out because town an attractions are a hour plus drive about 4,000 peso. I would also bring your own snacks an drink because you get one option"

"The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

"Discovery Island Resort was incredible. The property was so chilled and tranquil. The room, pool, restaurant and the grounds were lovely and spotlessly maintained. But most of all the management and staff were wonderful. Toni and her team were always courteous and efficient...and made us feel welcome the whole time. Can't wait to stay there again.
